Mourad
Gharrach is an active member of the Greenhouse collective
of artists and designers.
Gharrach 's colours are aparently simple: blacks,
whites and light pinks, but they seem to explode into
superb tones of lights and shadows in his photographs.
In
Mourad 's most famous series «Femme Mauresque»,
«Femmes drapées» and « Vierges
du désert », women and desert are recurrent
themes. Here, his obsession with detail is well visible
in the way he minutiously treats the veils of his
Mauresque Women.
